Milemead Fisheries consists of 3 Lakes of approximately two acres each plus a small Canal stretch offering superb fishing for anglers of all abilities. The Lakes are situated in a peaceful and picturesque valley only one mile from Tavistock.

The Lakes are open to anglers from 7 am until dusk.

Tackle hire is available throughout the year.

The Fishery has a well stocked shop selling bait, snacks and most of the items that you left at home. Tickets should be purchased from here prior to fishing, however, anglers who arrive before the shop opens are welcome to carry on and start fishing and kindly requested to come back and pay when the shop opens at 9 am.

Please note limited availability night fishing is only allowed on
the Specimen Carp Lake and must be pre-booked in advance.

HOW TO FIND US
Leave Tavistock on the B 3362 heading towards Lamerton and passing Tavistock Hospital
~ as you leave the built-up area you will see a turning to the left
signposted MILL HILL & MILEMEAD FISHERIES.
Take this turn and follow the lane for approximately one mile. As you go down into the valley our turning is on the right handside before the bridge and Mill Hill quarry.

We sell Mainline pop ups
and 1 Kg and 10 Kg 15 mm freezer boilies
